I didn't start my career in enterprise software. I started it by building a digital publishing business from the ground up. That's where I saw the gap: even the most brilliant sales teams were making high-stakes decisions based on little more than intuition and messy spreadsheets. The data was there, but it was just noise.

The idea for Axentra was born out of that frustration. From a spare room, with a standard laptop and every dollar I had saved, the first lines of code were written. The vision was simple: what if a sales team could predict their success with the same certainty as a scientist? Everyone I told thought it was too ambitious. They saw obstacles; I saw an opportunity no one else was willing to take.

The launch was explosive. In less than 60 days, the market validated the vision faster than anyone could have imagined.
